Returns & Refunds

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM ?

From the date you receive your package, you have 15 days to change your mind.


Returns are made exclusively by post to our branch located in Paris (address on your invoice)
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

It is strongly recommended to send your package with tracking, otherwise no consideration will be given in the event of loss of products during transport.

The items must be returned in their original packaging, with their label and any accessories, in perfect resalable condition. They must therefore not have been worn, washed or damaged.
You must attach a copy of your invoice to your package.


The refund will be made to the bank card used for payment by recrediting it under the label “via Stripe Porcelaine Moderne”, via our payment partner Stripe, and this within 30 days from the date of return of the package. .

HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY FEEDBACK?

We will send you an email as soon as your return and refund have been processed, within 30 days maximum from the date of receipt of your package at our premises. The indication of a delivered package on the tracking of your return constitutes proof of receipt thereof.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PACKAGE ARRIVES DAMAGED?

When I receive my packages, if I consider that the packaging shows signs of damage, I have the option of:

  • Either refuse the package, it will then be returned directly to the sender;

  • Either ask for it to be made available at my post office so that I can open it in the presence of an authorized agent.

If your package has been accepted by a third party, you can always fill out the Post Office contact form, a customer advisor will study your request and a response will be provided to you within 2 working days. In all cases, you cannot accept the package with reservations.

MY ITEM HAS A DEFECT

Porcelaine Moderne pays the greatest attention to the quality of its products. The products distributed on our site are made by hand in our workshop in Clichy la Garenne in Hauts de Seine, so we invite you to consider certain defects as part of the creativity and hazards of artisanal work. Some items are also made to order, that is to say especially for you, our ceramists do their best, with a little indulgence for those who are starting out, you can nevertheless let them know of any improvements that could be made.

If, however, despite all the quality controls carried out and your greatest indulgence, a major defect is to be reported, we invite you to have this problem noted in order to be reimbursed. We ask you to respect the returns procedure and to clearly tell us the reason for the return. In the event of a proven defect on our part, you will have the possibility of being reimbursed. The costs of return and resend by La Poste with tracking number would be our responsibility.
