Yes. Porcelaine Moderne ships worldwide using Colissimo (La Poste).
Shipping rates are based on the official Colissimo price list and vary according to destination, parcel size and weight.

📦 How are ceramic pieces packaged?

Each ceramic art object is carefully prepared and protected before shipment.
A packaging fee of €2 to €15 per order applies, depending on the size, quantity and fragility of the items.

This fee covers reinforced packaging designed specifically for fragile ceramic pieces.

♻️ Is your packaging eco-friendly?

Yes. We are committed to responsible shipping practices.

Our packaging includes:

• recyclable cardboard boxes,

• reused or recycled protective paper,

• Pelaspan® Bio packing chips, made from corn starch.

These bio-based cushioning particles are 100% biodegradable and compostable, offering high-performance protection while supporting an eco-responsible approach.

Shipping costs are calculated according to weight and destination, following official Colissimo (La Poste) tariffs.

• Orders are usually processed within 2 to 7 business days.

• Delivery times vary depending on destination.

Special note:
Pieces from capsule collections that are already in stock are shipped within 8 business days.

Tracking information is provided once the order has been dispatched.

🌍 Will I have to pay customs fees?

For international orders, customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply depending on the destination country.
These charges are not included in shipping costs and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

📦 What if my order arrives damaged?

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the packaging and the item.
We will assist you as quickly as possible.

Our packaging fee covers reinforced materials and bespoke support tailored to fragile ceramics, including high-performance eco-friendly bio packing chips (Pelaspan®), made from corn starch and 100% biodegradable and compostable, offering strong protection without compromising our environmental commitment.

We also use recyclable cartons and paper wrapping wherever possible to minimize waste and promote sustainability across our shipments.
